Training Programs

We're currently offering nine different training programs that one could do at home or at a gym. The training program come in a PDF format and with video instructions on Youtube. The equipment needed for each program is listed in the descriptions.

Length of program: 3 sessions/week over 4 weeks. 12 sessions in total.

Equipment needed: 1 kettlebell, 1 skipping rope (optional)

Name: Be the boss of the bell

Type of program: Kettlebell exercises in a progression from basics to more advanced movements and combinations.

Length of program: 3 sessions/week over 4 weeks. 12 sessions in total.

Equipment needed: At least two kettlebells of the same weight and shape.

Level: Beginners to intermediate. Some experinces with kettlebells is good to have before commencing.

Name: All you need is you

Type of program: Bodyweight exercises. Lots of core, cardio and leg work.

Length of program: 3 sessions/week over 4 weeks. 12 sessions in total.

Equipment needed: A skipping rope (skips can also be exchanged for other exercises if you prefer)

Level: All levels.

Type of program: An advanced kettlebell progam focusing on flows, complexes and other technically challenging drills.

Length of program: 3 sessions/week over 6 weeks. 18 sessions in total.

Equipment needed: At least two kettlebells of the same weight, but the more weights you have access to - the better.

Level: Intermediate to advanced.

Type of program: A beginners kettlebell program forcusing on learning, understanding and drilling the basic kettlelbell movements.

Length of program: 3 sessions/week over 4 weeks, plus one recap session. 13 sessions in total.

Equipment needed: At least one kettlebell, but the more weights you have access to - the better.

Level: Beginner. No previous training experience with kettlebells needed.

Name: The Boulder Shoulder

Type of program: Intermediate level kettlebell- and bodyweight program using ketttlebells and resistance bands, focusing on upper body strength.

Length of program: 3 sessions/week over 4 weeks, 12 sessions in total.

Equipment needed: At least one set of kettlebells and a few resistance rubber band, both long band/s and mini band/s.

Level: Intermediate. Some experience with kettlebells is ideal.
