Focus: Full body workouts with different workout formats each session. Some more strength focused and some cardio oriented. Great variation in the workouts.
Length of program: 3 sessions/week over 4 weeks. 12 sessions in total. Each session takes maxiumum an hour to complete.
Equipment needed: 1 kettlebell, 1 skipping rope
