Name: Be the boss of the bell
Type of program: Kettlebell exercises in a progression from basics to more advanced movements and combinations.
Focus: To learn, drill and master the fundamental kettlebell exercises; swing, clean, press, snatch and turkish getup. This will be done in a number of different workout formats, and mixed up with assisting kettlebel exercises as well, for example high pulls, windmills and thrusters.
Length of program: 3 sessions/week over 4 weeks. 12 sessions in total.
Equipment needed: At least two kettlebells of the same weight and shape.
Level: Beginners to intermediate. Some experinces with kettlebells is good to have before commencing.
