Focus: Strenght, cardio and complexes using only one kettlebell. Technically challegning and varied workouts.
Length of program: 3 sessions/week over 4 weeks. 12 sessions in total.
Equipment needed: One kettlebell, or several single kettlebells of different weights.
Level: Intermediate. You must know the fundamentals of kettlebell training and be used to handling a kettlebell.
