Name: The Kettlebell Booty
Type of program: Intermediate level kettlebell- and bodyweight program
Focus: Full focus on legs and glutes through different varations of deadlifts, swings, cleans, squats and lunges.
Length of program: 3 sessions/week over 4 weeks. 12 sessions in total.
Equipment needed: At least one set of kettlebells and one resistance rubber band.
Level: Intermediate. It's beneficial if you know the kettlebell basics such as swings, cleans and windmills.
