Type of program: Beginners kettlebell program
Focus: Learning, understanding and drilling the fundamental kettlebell exericses such as swing, clean, snatch and Turkish getup.
Length of program: 3 sessions/week over 4 weeks, plus one recap session in the end. 13 sessions in total.
Equipment needed: One kettlebell, or several single kettlebells of different weights.
Level: Beginner. You need no previous experience of kettlebell training.
