Personal Training at Spartan

Why personal training?

Personal training is great if you want to either work on specific skills/goals with your training, if you want to train in private or on specific times and days, if you feel more motivated by the fact that you have sheduled and maybe pre-paid appointments set up or simply because you enjoy doing workouts that are designed just for you.

We currently have two personal trainers actively working with this; Maja & Linnea.

Tailored sessions

If you chose to do personal training sessions at Spartan, we will make sure you get to train when you want, work on what you want, and in a way that motivates you and makes you like the training that we're doing.
